Deposits/
Cancellations:
Rentals based on availability. 1-2 tandem rentals payment in full is required for booking/securing date. 3 or more rentals require %50 deposit to secure rental. rental must be paid in full two weeks before rental. Changes to dates will be based on availability. Absolutely no changes and cancellations with 14 days of rental and deposit will be forfieted. Please check weather and plan accordingly.
Payments:
payments can be made swipe, Cash App, Venmo, Zelle, Cash. No cash payments will be accepted in the field.
Pick up/drop offs:
Delivery of tandems only after rental is paid full. Waivers and contracts to be completed. Delivery to discussed locations only listed in contract. Pick up will be promptly at end of event. Incremental fees incured after 15 min.
